Practice slowing down through a guided mindful practice and learn how to return to your children with presence, especially in moments of conflict.
Week 4: Our Roots & Our Roadblocks
Explore how your childhood experiences influence your parenting today. Notice where your values shine and where you feel stuck, and choose what to carry forward or release.
Week 5: Navigating Challenges Together
Bring a real-life parenting challenge to your small group and draw on collective wisdom for support.
Week 6: Celebration & Integration
Create simple family rhythms and rituals that reflect your values. Celebrate your journey together and leave with tools to carry forward.
