Circle of Security Parenting™
Move beyond "managing behavior" and learn to meet the emotional needs your child is actually asking for. Join our 8-week journey to become the secure base your child needs. (best suited for parents of children ages 0–8)
"I know I love them... so why does this feel so hard?"
You’ve tried the charts, the time-outs, and the "hacks," but something still feels missing. You’re exhausted by the power struggles and want a relationship built on trust, not just compliance. Circle of Security Parenting™ isn't about more "tips"—it's about a total shift in how you see your child.
What becomes possible
Reacting to the "loud" behavior → See the hidden need beneath the behavior.
Feeling triggered and overwhelmed → Understand your own "Shark Music" (triggers).
Guessing what your child needs → Follow the "Circle" to provide exactly what they require.
Striving for perfection → Focus on "Good Enough" parenting and repair.
What is Circle of Security Parenting™?
Circle of Security Parenting™ is a globally recognized, research‑based parenting program grounded in 30+ years of attachment research. At its heart is a simple yet powerful framework — the Circle — which helps parents understand:What children need from us when they explore the worldWhat they need when they return for comfort, reassurance, and connectionHow to recognize and respond to their emotional cuesWhat gets in the way for us as parents — especially under stress
Rather than focusing on behavior alone, COS‑P supports parents in strengthening the relationship that underlies all behavior. This program invites you into a compassionate process of reflection, learning, and growth — alongside other parents walking a similar path. The 8-Week Roadmap
Phase 1:
Foundations of the Circle
Understand the "Secure Base" and "Safe Haven" and how your child moves between them.
Phase 2:
Decoding the Language of Needs
Learn to read the subtle cues your child gives—from the "big feelings" of a toddler to the growing independence & social-emotional shifts of a school-aged child.
Phase 3:
The Parent's Path
Reflect on your own history and patterns to stay "Bigger, Stronger, Wiser, and Kind" even when things get messy.
This is learning that meets you where you are — not where you think you should be.
Note: While the Circle of Security framework applies to all ages, this specific cohort focuses on the developmental needs of children in the early childhood years, infancy through age 8.

-
Lina is kind, gentle and insightful. She has created a safe space for parents to share, learn, and reflect on parenting strategies. This circle has shed light on ways I want to improve as a parent, but also highlight all the positive, intentional, impactful rituals I am offering to my children and family. Learning from other parents has been a powerful resource from this group.
— Kendra A.,
Mom to 3 little humans, ages 4 (twins) & 12m -
The Circle of Security Program facilitated by Lina is definitely recommended for all parents out there who are seeking greater connection with their children. Lina is an empathetic facilitator who is always ready to help and guide us on the course materials. This program has enabled me to take a step back and understand my child better as it makes me look at my child’s behaviour from a different angle. We can never be a perfect parent but as long as we become better every day, that’s a win. Thank you so much Lina!
— Clare L.,
Mom to a 2.5 yo daughter -
Lina has been very patient throughout the course and created a very safe and positive learning platform for us. It was through her that I learnt more about the needs of my explosive strong-willed child e.g. many times he needs help in organising his feelings. With Lina's encouraging teachings, I slowly identified that the same child needs help to learn how to walk out of his anxiety or fear.
